I’ll never forget endlessly fantasizing about building Outlift Athletics. This wasn't just a random idea, this was something that I was craving to accomplish for many years. I recognized so many problems within the commercial gym industry and knew If I gave my best effort, I could create a much better gym experience for everyone. Realizing that I had the power, drive, and solutions to these many problems is when I truly executed my passion for building Outlift Athletics.

My story begins when I was about 3 years old and my mom put me in dance class. I fell in love with dancing, and it quickly became a passion of mine. Dancing was my way of expressing who I was as I started developing a strong curiosity for human movement and development. When I went off to Iona College, I majored in Public Relations with a minor in dance. I started becoming more serious with my strength training my first year in college and it quickly became another passion of mine. In 2012 I became a Certified Fitness Trainer and in 2014 a Certified Nutrition Consultant. Since then, I have been working as a Personal Trainer for the past 7 years, as well as coaching clients online, nutrition consulting, and I continue to teach dance on Fridays. Being able to keep everything I’m passionate about in my life is extremely important to me.

Multi-certified Personal trainer of 11 years specializing in performance and Strength and conditioning. Mixed martial artist with 7 years experience in multiple disciplines, former competitive bodybuilder. Weight loss, weight gain, performance and power enhancement, I do it all!

Jeff was someone who was scared to be in the weight room, to now being someone who can’t live without it. He played two collegiate sports at the division two level(Football and Baseball). He learned from some of the very best strength coaches on how to build sports specific programs. Jeff competed in 2018 in NPC physique and took 5th place out of 40 competitors. After still wanting more out of the gym he found powerlifting. Powerlifting drives him and he has competed in 2 meets so far accomplishing a 633lb deadlift. Whatever your goal may be, to become a better athlete, to get leaner, to get stronger, or just to flat out be healthier. Jeff can help you achieve it all!
