Canceling your membership at Outlift Athletics is extremely easy! We've made joining and canceling as simple as possible and we only require you give us 24 hours notice of your cancelation before your billing date. Text your cancelation request 24/7 to 631-678-3352 or email your cancelation request 24/7 to OutliftAthletics@gmail.com and we will process your cancelation within 24 hours!
We do not offer membership freezes on monthly or 3 month auto billed memberships. However, we are happy to offer free membership freezes for any of our paid in full memberships! We offer membership freezes free of charge and you may freeze your membership for any reason. 6 month memberships may be frozen up to 8 weeks. 12 month memberships may be frozen up to 12 weeks. 18 month memberships may be frozen up to 15 weeks, and 24 month memberships may be frozen up to 20 weeks!

First you must register for a Gym Memberships or Gym Pass online at OutliftGym.com. After signing up online, please check your email for your unique 6 digit passcode. Your passcode will be activated immediately after signing up online. You can now access Outlift Athletics! Visit Outlift and enter your unique passcode into the electronic keypad at our 24 hour entrance. Make sure to press the # key after inputting your code to unlock the door. Your code will NOT work at the front door and is meant to be used at our rear 24 Hour Gym Entrance only, located in the rear of the building where the majority of the buildings parking is.
No, we do NOT offer any free passes or free guest access for anyone. Everyone must register and pay online before entering our gym. Everyone entering Outlift Athletics MUST have a paid & active gym membership or gym pass to enter our gym. NO Exceptions! This also greatly helps with prevent overcrowding in our facility. Outlift Athletics is an exclusive experience. If you enter our gym without purchasing a pass or membership you will be held legally responsible for trespassing.
