Getting into the gym is easy. Your smartphone is your key, and it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1. Sign Up Online First
Go to OutliftGym.com and choose your membership or day pass. Once you complete the signup, you’ll receive instructions to download our app.
2. Download the free GymMaster Member App
After signing up, check your email. You’ll get a link to download the GymMaster Member App (this is how you unlock the gym door).
3. Log Into the App
Open the app and log in using the same email you used when signing up online.
4. Use Your Phone to Unlock the Door
When you arrive at the gym, open the app and tap the “Check In / Door Unlock” button. The rear entrance will unlock automatically for you.
5. You’re In! Train Anytime
Your access works 24/7, every day of the year, including holidays.

Outlift Athletics is designed to be an exclusive, high-quality training environment, and the only way to maintain that standard is by ensuring every person in the building is an active, paying member or pass holder.
We do not offer free entry of any kind — no free trials, no guest passes, and no walk-ins. Everyone must register and pay online before entering the gym.
This policy protects the experience our members expect:
No overcrowding
Serious lifters only
A clean, safe, premium training environment
Accurate check-ins and security
Because access is controlled strictly through our system, anyone entering without a valid membership or pass is considered trespassing and will be held legally responsible.

Canceling your membership at Outlift Athletics is extremely simple, and we give you more flexibility than any other gym.
You can cancel in three easy ways:

Use the “Cancel Membership” button inside the GymMaster Member App
Important Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid the next automatic charge. Monthly and quarterly memberships bill automatically at midnight on the same date you originally signed up.
Why our cancellation policy is different (and better):
Outlift Athletics is one of the only gyms that allows cancellations with as little as 24 hours’ notice. Most gyms require 30–60 days notice, charge extra fees, or lock you into long-term contracts that you can’t get out of.
We don’t do any of that.
We keep everything simple, honest, and fair. Just send your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your billing date, and we’ll process it within 24 hours, no hassle, no tricks, no penalties.
If you cancel late:
If we receive your cancellation after the 24-hour cutoff, your membership will still be canceled — but it will apply to the next billing cycle.
This means the upcoming scheduled payment will still process, and your cancellation will take effect after that cycle ends.
We enforce this policy to keep everything consistent, fair, and clearly documented for all members.
